Shanel Laureen
Shanel offers consultations at Yogalution Movement and Wellness Center in Long Beach California.
Shanel has been passionate about living a natural lifestyle since she was a child. She holds a Ayurvedic Practitioner Certificate from the Southern California University of Health Science. She has been serving her community through yoga, reiki, Ayurveda, yoga nidra, palm reading, organic body care products, and herbal tonics for the past 10 years. She is the owner of Cali Veda Ayurveda sharing wellness for intentional living. She offers Ayurveda consultations, personalized wellness plans, Panchakarma programs, and educational workshops.
Shanel is dedicated to uplifting humanity through empowering others to embody their purpose as they deepen their relationship with their body. She offers support that balances professional and personal life, as well as the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of our life. Sessions focus on wellness empowerment through accountability, dedication, and setting realistic goals.
She genuinely believes that “you know YOU best” and strives to honor your autonomy while you work towards your wellness goals in a supportive setting.
