4. Discovery Calls
Free discovery calls are informational only and are intended to help clients determine which services may best support their personal wellness goals. Discovery calls do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a formal wellness consultation.
5. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have written parental or legal guardian consent prior to any consultation or service.
A parent or legal guardian must:
• Provide written approval via email
• Be present at the beginning of the consultation to verbally confirm consent
Cali Veda reserves the right to refuse services to minors without appropriate consent documentation.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information to the best of their knowledge regarding:
• Medical conditions
• Allergies
• Pregnancy
• Medications
• Mental health conditions
• Sensitivities
Clients may choose what information they wish to disclose. However, Cali Veda is not responsible for outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or contraindications.
7. Herbal Products and Wellness Products
Cali Veda offers artisan crafted wellness products including:

• Herbal powders
• Herbal supplements
• Botanical oils
• Perfumes
• Skincare products

10. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Consultations and Services
Appointments may be:
• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Rescheduled
with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduled appointments must be completed within:
• Six months of the original booking date
Missed appointments without notice may still be honored if rescheduled within:
• Two months of the missed appointment date
Workshops
Workshop cancellations follow the same cancellation and refund guidelines listed above.
Missed workshops without prior cancellation are non refundable.
11. Product Returns and Refunds
Physical products may be returned for a refund if:
• Returned within the approved return window
• Product is not excessively used beyond reasonable testing
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cali Veda reserves the right to deny refunds for products showing excessive use, misuse, or damage.
