Refund and Returns Policy

At Cali Veda, each product and service is thoughtfully crafted to support wellness, self care, and intentional living. Due to the personalized and artisan nature of many offerings, please review the following refund and return terms carefully before making a purchase.
Consultations, Workshops, and Virtual Services
All consultations, workshops, Yoga Nidra sessions, and wellness services are conducted virtually.
Consultation Cancellations and Refunds
Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled for a full refund if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours before the appointment are non refundable.
Once a consultation or virtual service has taken place, it is non refundable.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late to a consultation understand that the session may be shortened accordingly in order to respect scheduled appointment times.
Missed Appointments
If a consultation is missed without prior notice, rescheduling may be offered at Cali Veda’s discretion based on the circumstances.
Any approved rescheduled consultation must be completed within 2 months of the original appointment date.
Workshops and Events
Workshop cancellations follow the same 48 hour cancellation policy.
If a client misses a scheduled workshop or event, refunds are not guaranteed. Attendance in a future workshop or event may be offered at Cali Veda’s discretion depending on future scheduling availability.
Yoga Nidra sessions may also be rescheduled at Cali Veda’s discretion.
Discovery Calls
Free discovery calls are intended solely to help clients determine which consultation, service, or wellness offering may best support their individual goals and concerns. Discovery calls do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Product Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return or refund approval, please contact:
Return instructions and return address information will be provided upon approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
Products may be eligible for return if they are:
• lightly used for testing purposes only
• unsuitable due to scent, texture, or personal preference
• associated with mild sensitivity or compatibility concerns
Returned products must:
• not be excessively used
• be returned in reasonable condition
• include original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non refundable and non returnable:
• Customized or personalized herbal products
• Personalized tea blends or formulations
• Consultation based herbal preparations
• Digital products, downloadable files, wellness plans, PDFs, recordings, or online materials
• Products returned beyond 30 days from delivery
• Excessively used products
Shipping Policy and Liability
Cali Veda ships both domestically and internationally.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, Cali Veda may assist with replacement or resolution.
Replacement decisions are handled on a case by case basis.
Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the customer assumes responsibility for the package.
Cali Veda is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, though assistance may be offered at our discretion.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for:
• customs fees
• import duties
• taxes
• country specific restrictions
International orders are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Product Disclaimer
Cali Veda products are artisan crafted in small batches using natural botanicals, oils, herbs, clays, and plant based ingredients.
Because of the natural nature of these products:
• scent
• texture
• color
• consistency
• herbal appearance
may naturally vary between batches.
Natural separation may also occur in certain oil based or botanical formulations.
These variations are normal and do not indicate product defects.
Allergy and Patch Test Disclaimer
Some products may contain allergens including, but not limited to:
• sesame
• lavender
• botanical extracts
• herbal ingredients
• oils processed in facilities that may handle tree nuts
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists carefully before use.
A patch test is strongly recommended prior to full application of any skincare, oil, salve, herbal, or body product.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Cali Veda products and consultations are intended for educational, wellness, and self care purposes only.
Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Clients are responsible for consulting licensed healthcare professionals before making changes related to:
