Breathwork (Pranayama)
Shanel teaches you the breathing practices recommended for your dosha. You practice them live so the technique is clear and natural before you do them alone.
Yoga positions
A live walkthrough of the postures in your personalized sequence. Shanel guides alignment, transitions, and modifications specific to your body and needs.
Meditation practice
A guided meditation tailored to your current mental state and dosha. You experience it live so you can recreate it as part of your daily routine.
