Refund Policy
Our goal is to leave you satisfied with any service or product you purchase from Cali Veda. If you experience any issues with or have questions about our services or products, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
Consultations and treatments
Consultations are to be completed within 6 months of purchase. If you have to cancel a consultation or treatment, email us at least 72 hours before your appointment to get a full refund (less any processing fees) or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24-72 hours of the scheduled appointment or less will be refunded 50% of the fee (less any processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.
