Join us for a 1.5-hour online Ayurveda Seasonal Routine workshop to help you stay in balance for the spring season. This class will guide you through simple Ayurveda practices to support your health as the season changes.

 

As our environment changes, so must our routines and eating habits.
Learn how to use Ayurveda to maintain a balanced lifestyle as the season changes from winter to spring. We will discuss how to balance the moist qualities of spring through this interactive workshop.

What You’ll Learn about an Ayurveda Seasonal Routine for Spring:

  • Spring Foods for Each Dosha: Discover which foods are in season and best for your dosha. We’ll also talk about foods to avoid and why.
  • Daily Routines for Spring: Learn morning and evening practices to help you feel your best. We’ll also discuss what routines to avoid during this season.
  • Understanding Spring’s Qualities: Spring is a time of accumulation, which can cause sluggishness and allergies. We’ll teach you how to balance these qualities.
  • Cleansing and Detoxing: Spring is the best time to clear out winter’s buildup. We’ll discuss gentle detox tips to help reduce mucus, weight gain, and sinus irritation.
  • Herbs for Spring: Learn which herbs support detox, digestion, and immunity during this season.
  • Yoga and Breathing Exercises: We’ll show you yoga poses and breathing techniques that clear the body and boost energy.
