We discuss what Ayurveda offers to cultivate a life of longevity and vitality. Aging is a natural process, so it is to be embraced and cherished. We can eliminate and reduce the effects of aging prematurely through a holistic approach that allows us to embody a youthful glow throughout life.
Walk away from this workshop with a routine that fits your specific needs, emotions, and lifestyle. You do not need any background in Ayurveda to benefit from the workshop.
Through self reflection, pranayama, movement, code of conduct, and diet; we will create a toolbox of therapeutic activities that you can use to encourage a long and balanced life where aging is a graceful experience.
